Ralph was born in Tampa, grew up locally in the South Shore area, proudly served as a veteran, and still has deep roots right here in Ruskin. In fact, the salon located next door to the office was Ralph's childhood home — a reminder of just how connected the business is to the community it serves.
Kim has been part of Taxes Etc since day one and now focuses heavily on payroll services, accounting, bookkeeping, and helping local business owners stay organized year-round. Veronica, our office manager, has been with Taxes Etc since 2011 and is also an experienced tax preparation professional who works hard to help clients maximize deductions, save money wherever possible, and feel comfortable throughout the tax process.

That experience shaped the foundation of Taxes Etc. — a business built on trust, hard work, straightforward advice, and treating clients like family. Over the years, Ralph has helped thousands of clients with tax preparation, business consulting, real estate-related tax strategies, and long-term financial planning.
Kim Martinez has been part of Taxes Etc since day one and plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the business. She works closely with business owners providing payroll support, bookkeeping services, accounting assistance, and organizational guidance to help clients keep their businesses running smoothly year-round. Her attention to detail and commitment to client care have made her a trusted resource for many local businesses.
Veronica has been an important part of the Taxes Etc team since 2011. As office manager and tax preparation professional, she helps guide clients through the tax process with professionalism, patience, and care. She works hard to ensure clients feel comfortable and informed while also looking for every legitimate deduction and strategy available to help maximize savings and minimize stress.
